Materials:
 Process:

To start the valuation we’ll need the RFP Fact Finder completed along with either three years of Tax Returns or Financials (Balance Sheet & Income Statements). For the Buy Sell review we’ll need a the RFP along with their Buy Sell document.

Below you will find the Fact Finder, Sample Valuation and information on industries who are a good fit for this service. Company criteria as follows: 

  • Good cash flow, profitable
  • Min $500k in Revenue
  • Owners taking at least $150k income each
  • Are interested in help with Business Planning

When you’re read to request a valuation or buy sell review you can submit the data securely to NewRFPs@exchange.principal.com and cc Sherry Flint (flint.sherry@principal.com) so we can make sure everything was received in good order. 

The valuations take 5-7 business days and the buy sell reviews take approximately 17-20 business days. Once complete we’ll schedule an internal call with you and Principal’s Advanced Planning team to review the valuation and/or buy sell review, discuss next steps and determine resource you’ll need for your client meeting.
